David Anderson
Chairman of the Board

David currently serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board of MithraGen, a company developing a cancer vaccine. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Nanospectra Biosciences, Inc., a biotech company developing life science applications for Nanoshells, a new class of materials. He has over 18 years of experience in the biotech industry and served for 8 years as the Chief Operating Officer and a director of Tanox. Prior to joining Tanox in 1987, Mr. Anderson was engaged in the private practice of law, with a focus in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and intellectual property licensing. Mr. Anderson received his J.D. in 1976 from the University of Houston and has a B.S. in Chemistry.
